We hire to build, not to integrate.

A team of eight, a CTO who writes code, everything written in-house — and one open role, fully remote.

  • A pharmacy owner shows her dispensing drawer to a member of the Nexum team

At Nexum, we build the pharmacy's intelligent solution: voice assistant, stock connection, prescriptions, delivery, messaging, marketplace. Every critical building block is written in-house and designed to feed its result into the next one. We depend on no external provider along the value chain.

  • A developer tests a barcode scanner on a medicine box, his code editor open

Team: 8 people, 4 of them in tech

Pharmacists, engineers and sales people work side by side, under a CTO who still writes code every day.

  • A member of the Nexum team listens to a pharmacy owner behind her counter

    Founded in 2023

Founded to solve a problem experienced at the counter: the phone stealing time from advice.

  • The PharmagoraPlus 2026 Innovation Award presented to Nexum Technologies: trophy and certificate in hand

    PharmagoraPlus 2026 Innovation Award

Awarded by a jury from the profession for intelligent call handling in pharmacies — 20 start-ups, 15 pitches.

Our values.

Innovate continuously while keeping our independence, and build only solutions that are genuinely useful, when there is a real need.

  • A developer scans a box with a pharmacy barcode scanner connected to his computer

    Innovate without losing independence

We depend on no external player for our critical building blocks: Nexum develops and controls its own solutions.

  • At the counter, a pharmacy technician sticks one more sticky note on the edge of the screen, next to the phone

    Build only what is useful

No agent is put into service for show: each one starts from a friction observed in a pharmacy, and disappears behind it.

  • An engineer ticks off a list during a test call, the phone adapter connected to the desk phone

    Really test what we ship

No separate QA: whoever ships it tests it. The whole pyramid, from unit test to end-to-end journey.

  • A pharmacy owner opens a dispensing drawer and explains how it works to a visitor

    Start from the counter

Engineers work with the sales team, the operations team and the pharmacists. Explaining, listening and keeping a commitment count as much as code.

Working at Nexum

What we offer, and how we hire.

Join a company setting out to work on European markets, bring an ecosystem that already exists to them, and decide alongside it.

Open roles
  • 01

Autonomy, and decisions that get made

Everyone owns their subject end to end and decides with the team, with no layer in between. We prefer a decision taken over one more meeting.

  • 02

Senior profiles, and experience that counts

We look for people who have already built, run and fixed something in production, whatever the field. We start from what you have done.

  • 03

    Fully remote, an international team

From any country; exchanges happen in English, French is a plus. The product is decided with the pharmacists, not against them.

Hiring, in four steps

No quizzes, no code to send in: we would rather see you work.

  1. 1A first conversation
  2. 2An in-depth interview
  3. 3A live working session
  4. 4Meeting the team
  5. A decision within 48 hours
