Order from the pharmacy's real catalogue

Nexum Pharma is the pharmacy's own website and app, under its name: its catalogue linked to real stock, its information, its services. The customer reserves, writes to the pharmacy, sends a prescription as a photo or PDF and picks it up, or has it delivered. The pharmacist checks and dispenses.

Web, iOS, Android — the same platform, the same data

FINESS / ANS measurement as of 1 August 2026, and measurement campaign across 16 countries and 8,379 pharmacy websites, 2026. The channel mostly exists where someone has opened it.

The marketplace
The screens below are those of the app and the nexumpharma.fr website, as they are in production.

Four ways to receive the same order. The customer chooses, the team prepares once.

Scan, gallery or PDF, in an encrypted space. The order goes out once the prescription has been validated by the pharmacist.

All of Nexum, one account
Voice assistant, Nexum Pharma, Nexum Pro, Delivery: one account for the pharmacy, nothing is re-entered.

The pharmacy's stock, read live.

Real Uber Eats screens — a Nexum pharmacy.
Optional channel, parapharmacy and prescription-free — never the prescription. New patients discover the pharmacy.
What can be ordered online
Nexum Pharma first: it is the pharmacy's platform, with prescriptions and direct payment. Uber Eats comes as a complement, for parapharmacy and OTC, if the pharmacy wishes.

Nothing is dispensed without the pharmacist's validation; no medical advice in the app. This is the primary channel: Uber Eats comes as a complement.

Optional channel: the pharmacy chooses whether or not to be on it. Delivery by Uber courier, from its own stock.
A complete platform, in the pharmacy’s name
Chat, pickup, delivery, prescription, appointment: the whole loop, from need to counter. The same data on the web and in the app, coming from the pharmacy's software.

Address, opening hours, open or closed, on-call duty, services: the storefront in the pharmacy’s name.

They order, the team prepares it, they pick it up. Zero wait at the counter.

A question, a stock check, a leaflet: the customer writes, the team replies from Nexum Pro.
Courier called on confirmation, sealed bag, handover code for the patient.

Encrypted upload, hosted in France on HDS servers. Validated by the pharmacist before anything leaves.

Vaccination, tests, consultations: the slot is booked from the platform.
Being found
Every pharmacy has a public page, kept up to date, with its opening hours, its on-call duty and its catalogue. Search engines index it; AI assistants, which search the web, cite it. That is where customers are looking today.

Illustration: assistants that browse the web rely on the pharmacy’s public page. The exact wording varies from one assistant to another.
Clean address, sitemap, texts kept up to date from the software: nothing to write, nothing to maintain.
Opening hours, on-call duty, services, catalogue: what a customer looks for at 9 pm is what the page shows.
A structured, public page is what assistants cite when asked for a pharmacy.
The prescription
The patient submits their prescription; the analysis finds the products and checks availability before they travel.

Products recognised · availability
The pharmacist checks and validates before any preparation. No medical advice.
Real prescription from the prescription-reading project, anonymised (doctor renamed, fictional person, barcode and contact details removed).
Nexum Health AI · the pharmacy's Coworker IA
The customer asks their question, the Coworker IA searches the pharmacy for them: a product, its availability, opening hours, an order, an appointment. It helps, it does not advise: any health question goes to the team. Direct messaging with the pharmacy comes next.
“Do you have…?”: read from the stock, not assumed.
The product found goes into the basket, ready to order or reserve.
Opening hours, on-call duty, access, services: an immediate answer, even when the pharmacy is closed.
Delivery, pickup or set aside, chosen in the conversation.
“Where is my order?” no longer reaches the counter.
Vaccination, tests, consultations: the slot is booked in the conversation.
No medical advice, no dosage, no symptom triage: any health question is passed on to the pharmacy team.
A day at the counter
Four moments in a pharmacy's day, and what Nexum Pharma changes in them: what the team does, what the tool does.
8:30 am
Nexum Pro lists them at opening; the team prepares them, the tool notifies each customer as soon as it is ready.
12 pm
A customer reserves remotely; the team sets the box aside, the tool sends them the pickup code.
6 pm
The pharmacist validates, Nexum Pro calls the courier; the customer tracks their order from the app.

7:30 pm
The Coworker IA gives the on-call hours and access details; the team stays at the counter, with the customers.
Typical day reconstructed for illustration: no scene is a measured figure. The features mentioned carry their real status higher up on this page.
All day long
App, website, Uber Eats, voice assistant: every channel feeds the same queue, nothing is re-entered.
Channels
The order starts from the pharmacy, prepared by its team, served from its stock. The money comes back to the pharmacy.

The customer finds the pharmacy, orders and reserves directly from it. No invoice: a commission on what sells, nothing else.

Partnership for more than three years, couriers available on demand. Terms depend on volume and area, discussed case by case.
Dispensing stays with the pharmacist. A box scanned at the counter becomes a tracked order; a replacement is suggested, the customer accepts or declines.
Why be listed
Nexum Pharma only lists community pharmacies. It is not one aisle among shops: it is the pharmacy, where customers are looking, with its pharmacist in charge.
| Situation | Pharmacy not listed | Pharmacy listed on Nexum Pharma |
|---|---|---|
| A customer looks for a product or an on-call pharmacy, at 9 pm, on their phone | The pharmacy is invisible. They go elsewhere, or to a pure e-commerce site. | Listing, opening hours, on-call duty and catalogue referenced, on the web and in the app. They find it. |
| A regular customer cannot come in | The dispensing goes to the pharmacy that delivers, or to a platform. | Order, reservation or delivery from the pharmacy: same team, same advice, same stock. |
| The relationship between two visits | No contact. The customer comes back if they think of it. | Message to the pharmacy, order tracking, promotions, service agent: the link holds, and brings them back to the counter. |
| The prescription | Back-and-forth trips, “do you have…” calls, missing products discovered at the counter. | Uploaded, analysed, availability checked, prepared before the customer comes in. |
| The pharmacist's role | Intact, but invisible online. | Intact and visible: dispensing stays at the counter, nothing goes out without the pharmacist's validation. |
| The pharmacy's image | “This pharmacy isn't online.” | A shop window in its own name, among pharmacies, with no product from another business next to it. |
| What it costs | €0, and the sales that go elsewhere. | €0 subscription, a commission on what sells, the pharmacy's margin. |
| The pharmacy's website | No website, or a website that has to be kept up to date by hand. | A web page in its own name, synchronised: opening hours, catalogue, prices, promotions — with nothing to enter. |
| The voice assistant | The call stops at the phone; what was requested gets re-keyed. | The call becomes a delivery, a reservation or a click & collect on the platform, with no re-keying. |
| Customers' questions | By phone, during opening hours, interrupting the counter. | An agent that knows the pharmacy answers at any hour: opening hours, stock, orders. Direct messaging with the team comes next. |
There are none. The platform only hosts pharmacies; each listing carries the pharmacy's name, its pharmacist, its opening hours. The customer chooses a pharmacy, not a product at the best price.
They search online first: an on-call pharmacy, opening hours, a product. Being found matters before being ordered from. The rest — reserving, getting a delivery — comes when the customer needs it.
This table compares situations, not figures. Reserved for community pharmacies; dispensing stays with the pharmacist.
Promotions
The pharmacy creates the promotion once, in its usual tool; it spreads to the platform with no double entry.

What it costs
Nexum Pharma charges nothing for being online. A small commission is deducted from what sells, and only from that.
subscription, set-up fee or invoice
The platform, the profile and the online catalogue cost nothing until they sell.
on completed sales, and nothing else
Deducted from each order served. The rate is in the contract, not on a web page.
stays with the pharmacy, collected directly
The pharmacy sells at its own prices and every payment goes to its account, not Nexum's. It manages its own orders and reservations.
The voice assistant and Nexum Pro have their own pricing, on their pages. Nexum Pharma can be taken on its own.

“This innovation has a direct organisational impact: it reduces task interruptions and lightens the mental load on teams […].”
What pharmacy owners ask us before putting their pharmacy online.
No. The order leaves from the pharmacy, prepared by its team and served from its stock; the payment goes to its account. Nexum Pharma sells nothing itself: it is one more channel for the pharmacy, never a substitute. Compared with a website the pharmacy would build on its own, the difference is the ecosystem around it: delivery, the voice switchboard, chat and WhatsApp come with it, and everything lands in the same Nexum Pro queue.
The pharmacist. The catalogue comes from the pharmacy's real stock, through the stock connection: prices, promotions and availability follow what is already in its software, with no double entry. Whatever the pharmacy removes from its software disappears from the platform.
We do not publish demand figures: the data we have is internal and cannot be verified from the outside. What is measured and public is supply — fewer than 4% of French pharmacies have an identified e-commerce presence, 949 sites for 19,943 pharmacies. The channel mostly exists where someone has opened it.
Nothing leaves without the pharmacist’s validation. An uploaded prescription is reviewed at the counter; if it is refused or incomplete, the customer is informed in the app and the order is not prepared. Dispensing remains with the pharmacist.
No. The agent provides a service: opening hours, on-call duty, product availability, order tracking, appointments. It gives no medical advice and no dosage; a health question is referred to the pharmacy team.
Every payment goes directly to the pharmacy’s account, not Nexum’s. The commission is withheld on served orders, and on those only; its rate and the settlement schedule are set out in the contract.
Appointment booking at the pharmacy is rolling out: the customer will be able to book a slot from the pharmacy’s listing (vaccination, tests, consultations). The exact scope is specified at go-live.
No subscription, no set-up fee, no invoice for being online. A small commission is withheld on completed sales; its rate is set out in the contract. Uber Eats and Uber are optional, after Nexum Pharma, on terms discussed case by case depending on volume and area.
The profile and the catalogue come from what the pharmacy already has. Led by the Nexum team, on its own flows, the demonstration shows the result for the pharmacy.
