  • Nexum Health AIThe public name of Nexum's artificial intelligence: a chatbot and six agents, on the same foundation, on the phone, on WhatsApp and in the app.
  • HDS data platformHDS-certified hosting, data processed in France, encryption at rest in AES-256-GCM. No health document passes through a third-party service.
  • Nexum PharmaA marketplace in each pharmacy's own name: catalogue, reservation, online prescription. No subscription, a small commission on what sells.

  • HDS-certified hosting, in FranceNo health document passes through a third-party service: marketplace, catalogue, order journey and encrypted channel are all written by the Nexum team.
  • Encrypted at rest, in AES-256-GCMConversation content is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, each message with its own session key and a seal binding it to its conversation. Never “end-to-end”: Nexum writes what is attested.
  • GDPR compliantDocumented processing, patient rights respected, subprocessors listed and located.
  • A mandate the pharmacy owner signsAccess to your management software's data requires an access mandate signed by the pharmacy owner, who remains the data controller. Attested on a first software package, ◔ being rolled out.
