Product designer — counter and app interfaces
Design the interfaces of Nexum Pro (the pharmacy's cockpit) and Nexum Pharma (the patient app), for real users at the counter or at home, not as a style exercise.
The role
Nexum Pro is used at the counter, between two customers, often under time pressure. Nexum Pharma is used by patients who know nothing about the pharmacy profession. The role is to design interfaces suited to these two very different realities, without ever sacrificing clarity.
You work directly with the technical team that implements your designs, and with the scientific board of pharmacists that challenges what makes sense at the counter.
What you will do
- Design the interfaces of Nexum Pro and Nexum Pharma, from the overall journey down to interaction detail.
- Test your designs with real pharmacists and real patients, not just internally.
- Work with the technical team to guarantee that what is shipped matches what was designed.
- Maintain visual and functional consistency across the different building blocks of the Nexum ecosystem.
- Simplify without impoverishing: at the counter, every unnecessary click costs real time.
What we are looking for
- Confirmed experience in product design on demanding professional products, B2B or B2B2C.
- Fluency with common interface design tools and the habit of working directly with developers.
- A taste for field testing: going to watch a pharmacist use the tool, rather than guessing from a desk.
- French for exchanges with pharmacists; English is a plus for exchanges with Tech.
- Enough seniority to defend a design choice with arguments, not just a preference.
What we offer
- Paris or remote, as you prefer; the team is already international.
- A real product, used every day by pharmacists and patients in over 400 pharmacies.
- Direct access to the technical team and to a scientific board of pharmacists that challenges the ideas.
- An award-winning product, PharmagoraPlus 2026 Innovation Award, and a company opening new European markets.
The process, in four steps
- A conversation about your background and your portfolio.
- A case study on a real interface from the Nexum ecosystem.
- An interview with the CTO and a member of the scientific board.
- A meeting with the team.
Decision within 48 hours after the last step.
