How does the free trial week work?
Each plan starts with one week's trial on the pharmacy's real line: the switchboard answers the pharmacy's real calls, everything shows in Nexum Pro. At the end of the week, the pharmacy continues or stops, at no cost.
Is there a commitment? Can the pharmacy cancel at any time?
All three plans are commitment-free: the pharmacy remains free to leave each month. The initial 6-month commitment is an option, with a 10% discount on Premium and Intégrale, then renewal without commitment.
Why choose Intégrale rather than Premium?
Premium suits a pharmacy that wants a full voice assistant and a hosted site. Intégrale is for one that wants AI working for it: unlimited Nexum Health AI (patient assistant, B2B agents, stock, sales and promotion analysis), WhatsApp AI connected to ordering, SMS and email campaigns included, and a custom site that Nexum keeps updated. Bought separately, these bricks cost more than Intégrale.
What does set-up include, and how long does it take?
A simple call forward, no change of operator, no technician on site: the switchboard is live within 48 hours. On Essentiel, the pre-configured box is billed €49 one-off; set-up is included from Premium, team training on Intégrale.
What happens beyond the Essentiel call allowance, or the Premium AI tier?
The Essentiel call allowance is set against the pharmacy's activity and agreed with it at sign-up: a call is never billed by the minute or per call, and Premium and Intégrale lift the limit. On the AI side, beyond the Premium tier, conversations are bought as credits (€29 excl. VAT per 100 conversations) or by moving to Intégrale, with no limit.
Are delivery and the marketplace included in the subscription?
Nexum Pharma has no subscription: a commission per order. Delivery is paid per run, with no subscription. Orders arrive in the same Nexum Pro queue. On Intégrale, activating these channels is free.
We are a pharmacy group: which plan applies?
The Group plan, quoted on request: a sliding scale per pharmacy, the whole suite across every site, full integrations and a dedicated project manager. Contact us, the answer arrives within 48 hours.
