Group plan: more advantageous per-pharmacy terms, a consolidated invoice, answer within 48 hours

Why Nexum

A pharmacy group is created to carry weight together. Not to leave each pharmacy alone on the phone.

Each pharmacy keeps its autonomy, its stock and its phone line. The network gains an overall view.

The advantages for the pharmacy group

  • More revenue for each pharmacyMarketplace, delivery, Uber Eats, SMS and email campaigns: sales the counter alone cannot make, with a switchboard that no longer misses a call.
  • A consistent quality of serviceThe same smart switchboard around the clock, the same chatbot, the same AI and the same Google reviews across every pharmacy in the network: the banner keeps its promise everywhere.
  • A pharmacy-group price scaleA per-pharmacy rate that decreases with the number of sites, a consolidated invoice, the Intégrale plan across the whole network. Quoted on request, answer within 48 hours.
  • Consolidated oversightGroup reporting and an anonymised benchmark across pharmacies: the network sees what each pharmacy produces, with no extra data entry.
  • The banner, everywhereCustom-tailored voice and scripts to the banner, on-brand pharmacy websites, a shared catalogue: the pharmacy group exists on the phone and online too.
  • A managed rolloutA dedicated Nexum project manager, team training, integrations specific to the pharmacy group, and a pilot on three pharmacies before rolling out further.

How the pharmacy network works in Nexum

  1. Before opening, a pharmacist switches on the counter computer, the shop shutter half raised

    1. Each pharmacy connects its switchboard and its stock

One connector per pharmacy, read and write. Live within 48 hours, no hardware.

  2. Pharmacy displaying its group's branding, façade panels and green cross

    2. A stock-out? The team looks at a colleague's pharmacy in the network

By name, CIP code, category or brand, filtered by proximity. A pharmacy's stock is only visible to its pharmacy group: strict partitioning.

    Rolling out
  3. A pharmacist hands over a sealed bag; the courier scans its QR code with his phone

    3. Order, single payment link, tracked delivery

The inter-pharmacy delivery leaves in a sealed bag, with a QR code at pickup and a code at handover. Every exchange is logged for audit.

    Rolling out

The network view the pharmacy group does not have today.

Cross catalogue, payments between pharmacies, partner pharmacies: the dashboard reads what each pharmacy already produces.

At the head office of a pharmacy group, three managers review the network of pharmacies
  • A network manager goes through the consolidated reporting of the group's pharmacies

    Consolidated reporting

Calls handled, reservations, orders and deliveries, pharmacy by pharmacy and for the whole network.

  • Two managers compare the results of several pharmacies in the network side by side

    Benchmark across pharmacies

Compare the network's pharmacies on the same indicators, and spot the one that has found the right organisation.

  • In the back office of a pharmacy, a pharmacist files a signed delivery slip

    Audit log of exchanges

    Rolling out

Every inter-pharmacy order, every payment and every delivery is recorded — readable in the event of an inspection.

Join Nexum as a pharmacy group

  1. Working meeting around a laptop to plan the rollout across the pharmacies

    1. A conversation with the pharmacy-group team

Your network, your banners, your software: in one hour, we scope what Nexum brings to your pharmacies.

  2. A network manager and a pharmacy owner go over the printed pilot report at the counter

    2. A pilot on three pharmacies

Voice assistant, Nexum Health AI and stock connection installed on three volunteer pharmacies, with no hardware or carrier change. The group reads the first results in the consolidated reporting.

  3. A trainer explains the roll-out to two pharmacy technicians at the pharmacy counter

    3. A group price grid on quote, then site-by-site roll-out

A decreasing price per pharmacy, one consolidated invoice, the Intégrale plan across the whole network if you wish; then a Nexum project lead, team training, your banner in the voice and on the sites, and the group's own integrations (◔ inter-pharmacy orders being rolled out).

Connected to each pharmacy's stock, with no reprocessing by a third party.

The network only holds together if each pharmacy's stock is accurate. Nexum reads and updates the management software, with a single connector.

The arm of a dispensing robot picks a box from the pharmacy's stock
  • One connector, whatever the softwareEach pharmacy keeps the pharmacy management software it already uses; the pharmacy group imposes nothing.
  • Read and write, in real timeAvailability is checked before the order, at the colleague's pharmacy as at the counter.
  • Strict partitioning within the pharmacy groupA pharmacy's stock is only visible to the pharmacies in its network. Nothing is shared beyond that.
  • No reprocessing by a third partyThe connection is written by our teams and hosted in France on HDS servers. No health document passes through a third-party service.

Security and regulation: what the pharmacy group can rely on

  • HDS hosting, in FranceHealth data (prescriptions, patient documents) is hosted in France on HDS servers, in accordance with articles L1111-8 and R1111-8-8 et seq. of the French Public Health Code.
  • GDPR and data processed in FranceDocumented processing, patient consent for campaigns, unsubscribe in one word: regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the French Data Protection Act.
  • Online sales within the French Public Health CodeOn Nexum Pharma and Uber Eats, only over-the-counter (OTC) medicines and parapharmacy items can be ordered; each site is linked to a pharmacy (articles L5125-33 et seq. of the Public Health Code).
  • Prescriptions: never by email or personal messagingThe 3-in-1 QR code drops the prescription onto the pharmacy's HDS space; the pharmacist validates before any preparation. Good dispensing practice (order of 28 November 2016).
  • An AI that never gives medical adviceNexum Health AI sorts, informs and forwards; any health question goes back to the pharmacy team. Rule written, published on the site, applied across every channel.
  • Strict partitioning within the pharmacy groupA pharmacy's stock and data are only visible to its own pharmacy group; every inter-pharmacy exchange is logged for audit (◔ rolling out).
