Data analyst — acquisition and usage (data-driven marketing)

Nexum is hiring data-oriented profiles for marketing rather than salespeople: tracking pharmacy acquisition, measuring the real usage of the products (voice assistant, Nexum Pharma, WhatsApp AI) and informing decisions with figures, not impressions.

The role

Nexum is not hiring more salespeople: the sales experts are already in place. Marketing is instead being built around data-oriented profiles, able to track pharmacy acquisition and measure the real usage of products once installed.

The role is to instrument that tracking: dashboards, acquisition measurement, usage analysis of the voice assistant, Nexum Pharma or WhatsApp AI, so that marketing decisions rest on verified figures.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain the acquisition and usage dashboards for Nexum's products.
  • Measure the real effectiveness of marketing actions, without relying on impressions alone.
  • Analyse product usage once deployed in pharmacies to identify what works and what gets in the way.
  • Work with the operations team and the sales experts to connect the data to the field.
  • Propose concrete recommendations grounded in analysis, not intuition.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in data analysis applied to marketing or acquisition, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Fluency with common data analysis and visualisation tools (SQL, dashboards).
  • The rigour to tell a real signal apart from a statistical artefact.
  • French for internal exchanges; English is a plus for literature and tools.
  • Autonomy to run an analysis end to end, from the question asked to the recommendation.
  • Acquisition and usage data comes from real pharmacies and patients, hosted under HDS constraints: its processing follows the same security standard as the rest of the ecosystem.

What we offer

  • Paris or remote, as you prefer; the team is already international.
  • Access to real acquisition and usage data across over 400 pharmacies equipped.
  • A product that already exists, winner of the PharmagoraPlus 2026 Innovation Award, and a company opening new European markets.
  • An organisation that clearly separates analysis from selling: your role is to inform, not to convince.

The process, in four steps

  1. A conversation about your background and your approach to marketing analysis.
  2. A technical interview on data and tools.
  3. A case study on a representative dataset.
  4. A meeting with the team.

Decision within 48 hours after the last step.
