Every pharmacy present on Nexum Pharma has its own platform, in its own name, connected to its real stock.

How it works
From search to order, in three steps.
1. Find your pharmacy
The patient searches for a pharmacy on nexumpharma.fr or in the app, by address or by name.
2. Order or upload your prescription
Non-prescription products added to the cart, or a prescription uploaded as a photo for the pharmacist to check.
3. Receive your order
Delivery, collection at the counter or reservation: the patient chooses, the pharmacy confirms.

Nexum Pharma is set up at the pharmacy's request. Your pharmacist can discover it and open it to patients.
Frequently asked questions
Is Nexum Pharma free for the patient?
Yes. The app and the nexumpharma.fr site are free for the patient: no subscription, no service fee charged to the patient to order, reserve or upload a prescription.
How do I upload a prescription online?
From the pharmacy's page on nexumpharma.fr or in the app, as a photo, a scan or a file. An order involving prescription medicines is only placed after the pharmacist owner has checked and approved it: never an automatic dispensing.
Are my data and my prescription protected?
Health documents, including prescriptions, are hosted in a secure space certified as a health-data host (HDS in France), in separate storage where every access is traced. [Host to be named — decision pending.]
What hours can I get a delivery?
It depends on the hours and service offered by each pharmacy: delivery in under 30 minutes, on a chosen date, or collection at the counter. Delivery hours are shown on the pharmacy's page.
In which cities is Nexum Pharma available?
In every city where at least one pharmacy uses Nexum Pharma: in Paris and the surrounding region, in Lille, in Bordeaux, in Nantes and elsewhere. The list of cities grows as more pharmacies come on board.
