Cybersecurity engineer — health data and compliance
Guarantee the security of the Nexum ecosystem on health data, under HDS constraints, through continuous audit of the code, infrastructure and access, in France and then across the European markets Nexum is opening.
The role
The Nexum ecosystem processes health data, under HDS regulatory constraints, across many building blocks: voice assistant, connected catalogue, Nexum Pharma, Nexum Pro, delivery. The role is to guarantee the security of the whole, from code to infrastructure.
You work directly with the technical team to build security in from the design stage, rather than as a late audit, and to prepare the opening of new European markets.
What you will do
- Audit the code, infrastructure and access of the Nexum ecosystem, with particular attention to health data.
- Guarantee HDS compliance and support its update as regulation evolves in France and Europe.
- Build security practices in from the design stage with the product and technical teams.
- React to and coordinate the response to security incidents, with transparency towards the pharmacies concerned.
- Train technical teams in good application-security practice.
What we are looking for
- Solid experience in application security or sensitive-data compliance, ideally in health.
- Knowledge of HDS constraints, or a genuine motivation to specialise in them quickly.
- The ability to talk with developers without imposing security as an obstacle, but as a shared design.
- English for technical exchanges; French is a plus.
- The rigour and discretion needed to handle sensitive subjects without dramatising or minimising.
- This role carries this requirement for all technical teams: the security of health data under HDS constraints is not an isolated topic — it runs through every technical role at Nexum.
What we offer
- Fully remote, from any country; the team is already international.
- Infrastructure run in-house, with no dependency on an external provider for critical subjects.
- An award-winning product, PharmagoraPlus 2026 Innovation Award, deployed in over 400 pharmacies.
- A company opening new European markets and building its compliance as it goes, with you.
The process, in four steps
- A conversation with the CTO.
- A technical interview on application security and HDS compliance.
- A case study on a scenario representative of the Nexum ecosystem.
- A meeting with the team.
Decision within 48 hours after the last step.
