Job offer · Operations · Paris or remote · Permanent
Operations manager — pharmacy deployment and success
Lead the deployment of Nexum's products in pharmacies and guarantee their lasting proper use, at a moment when the company is growing and the operations organisation is taking shape.
The role
Over 400 pharmacies already use Nexum's products, and that number keeps growing. The role is to structure and lead the operations that guarantee a smooth deployment and lasting real usage, beyond the mere signing of a contract.
You take responsibility for a function still taking shape, with the latitude to organise the processes still missing and to build a team around you as the company grows.
What you will do
- Structure and lead the deployment process for Nexum's products in new pharmacies.
- Guarantee the success of pharmacies already equipped: real usage, resolving blockers, lasting satisfaction.
- Report field signals to Tech and Product that should influence priorities.
- Build the metrics and operational processes still missing in a fast-growing company.
- Manage and grow an operations team as the number of pharmacies increases.
What we are looking for
- Confirmed experience in operational management at a growing company, ideally in B2B or health.
- The ability to structure a process that does not yet exist, without waiting to be told how.
- A real sense of service: a pharmacy's success is measured by its real usage, not a sales figure.
- French for exchanges with pharmacies; English is a plus for internal exchanges.
- Enough seniority to make binding operational decisions independently.
What we offer
- Paris or remote, as you prefer; the team is already international.
- A role of responsibility in a fast-growing company, with real latitude to structure.
- A real product, already deployed in over 400 pharmacies, winner of the PharmagoraPlus 2026 Innovation Award.
- A company opening new European markets, with operations to build as it goes.
The process, in four steps
- A conversation about your background and your approach to operational management.
- A case study on a real pharmacy deployment scenario.
- An interview with the CTO and a sales expert.
- A meeting with the team.
Decision within 48 hours after the last step.
