A courier,
at the pharmacy's command.

In the pharmacist’s hands
What a pharmacy has delivered.
Delivery from the pharmacy goes beyond the order: the pharmacist picks the direction, Nexum Pro calculates the quote and tracks the run.

The journey in Nexum Pro
Four steps, one quote, one map.
The "New delivery" flow in Nexum Pro: quote calculated and zone checked on the map, before confirming.
What type of delivery?
“I’m sending to a customer”: the courier picks up the parcel at the pharmacy and brings it to the customer. “I’m getting a delivery”: the courier collects it elsewhere — supplier, fellow pharmacist, laboratory — and brings it to the pharmacy.
Where?
The address is looked up on the map. Nexum Pro checks that it is within the pharmacy’s delivery zone and calculates the quote; an address outside the zone is refused before going any further.
For whom?
The recipient’s name, their phone — the courier calls it if they cannot find them, and a tracking SMS is sent to it — and their email, for the payment link and tracking.
The basket and the summary
The basket amount, then the summary: basket, delivery fee, service fee. “Create the delivery”: the run leaves straight away if the pharmacy pays, or once payment is received if the customer does.
From preparation to handover
The parcel, from the pharmacy to the recipient’s hands.
Three moments of a run: the sealed parcel, the courier en route, the handover proven by a QR code or PIN code.

“The courier is arriving — show the QR code”: they scan it, or enter the PIN code. Without one of the two, no handover; the proof is kept.

Who pays
The pharmacy, or the customer.
The choice is made for each delivery. The courier and the handover stay the same; only who pays changes.
SEPA mandateThe pharmacy
The pharmacy activates a SEPA mandate once. From then on, every delivery it pays for starts immediately and is billed at the end of the week, by direct debit, on delivery invoices separate from order invoices.
- The delivery leaves without waiting for a payment
- Billed weekly, by SEPA direct debit
- Separate delivery invoices, PDF export
Preview of the SMSPayment linkThe customer
A payment link is sent to the customer by e-mail and SMS, with the breakdown: basket, delivery fee, service fee. The run leaves when payment is received. The link can be re-sent; it expires on a set date.
- The amount breakdown is shown to the customer
- The delivery is dispatched once payment is received
- Link can be re-sent by e-mail or SMS, expires on a set date
The payer is chosen for each delivery. Without a SEPA mandate, the delivery waits for the customer's payment. Data as of 16 September 2026. Photos: stock images.
Tracking
The courier, tracked live.
From pickup to handover, the pharmacy and the recipient see where the run stands.

- Live tracking from Nexum Pro, web and mobile“Live tracking” on the web, “Follow the courier” on mobile: the courier's position on the map, from pickup to handover.
- A tracking SMS to the recipientThe recipient receives an SMS with the tracking link: the route, the delivery note and their handover QR code.
- Handover QR code and PIN code“The courier is arriving — show the QR code”: they scan it, or enter the PIN code. The handover is proven, and the QR code can be re-sent to the customer.
- The courier calls if they cannot find the addressOn delivery, they call the recipient's number. On pickup, they go through the Nexum switchboard, or through the pharmacy's direct number if it prefers.
- An incident raised on its own after 4 hoursA run left unresolved is escalated automatically, without the team having to monitor it.

Delivery between pharmacies
Help out a fellow pharmacist, or order from them.
A counter shortage used to be settled by phone, with no trace. Delivery between pharmacies now goes through the same courier, tracked.

- Send a missing product● AvailableA delivery to the neighbouring pharmacy, just like to a customer: sealed bag, QR code and PIN code on handover.
- Order from a fellow pharmacist in the network◔ Rolling outFrom the network catalogue: product ordered, paid by link, delivered in under 30 minutes.
- Fees calculated by distanceFees are calculated between the supplying pharmacy and the receiving pharmacy, shown before confirming.
- Restricted to the network, loggedThe catalogue is only visible to network pharmacies; every exchange is dated and logged.
“Under 30 minutes”: product promise of the inter-pharmacy module, to be measured on the first pharmacy group before quoting it as a figure.
Two modes
Its own fleet, or Nexum's.
Both modes live in the same Delivery module; a pharmacy with its own courier keeps using them.

My deliveries
The pharmacy delivers itselfA pharmacy with its own courier manages them in the same place: it takes on the delivery, marks it delivered, with a delivery fee or free of charge. The address can be completed afterwards, including for an order received by phone.
- Accepted, delivered, cancelled: the timeline is kept
- Delivery fee, or free delivery
- Search by phone, name, address or product

Nexum deliveries
The partner courierA “Nexum Courier” from the professional courier network — strengthened in July 2026 by the acquisition of LivMed’s, the Nice medicine-delivery service —, alongside the public partnerships with Uber Eats and Uber: quote shown before confirmation, live tracking on the map, handover against a QR code or PIN code.
- Quote shown before confirmation
- Live tracking on the map, web and mobile
- Delivery zone checked against the address
Both modes share the delivery invoices of the Nexum Pro Invoices module, separate from order invoices, exportable as PDFs.

Nexum courier network
Are you a courier? Work with pharmacies in your area.
The Nexum courier network delivers for equipped pharmacies: short, per-delivery paid runs, with an app and live tracking. Alongside Uber Eats and Uber, not instead of them.
Within the rules
The parcel, the handover, the pharmacy’s rules.
Delivering is the pharmacy's responsibility: parcel sealed, handover proven, the owner decides what goes out.

- Sealed bagSealed opaque bag, empty manifest: the contents cannot be read by the courier or along the way.
- Handover QR code and PIN codeThe courier scans the QR code shown by the recipient, or enters the PIN code. Without one of the two, no handover.
- Proof of handover and timelineEvery delivery keeps its proof of handover and its timeline: created, picked up, delivered, with who changed what.
- Configurable zones and hoursThe delivery radius and hours are the pharmacy’s; an address outside the zone is refused before the quote.
- What leaves, decided by the pharmacy ownerParapharmacy, over-the-counter products, prescriptions: the pharmacy owner decides what their pharmacy delivers, and under what instructions.
- Log and HDS hostingEvery delivery is dated and logged; data is hosted in France on HDS servers.
The contents of the parcel are the pharmacy’s: it remains responsible for what it entrusts to the courier.
Frequently asked questions
What pharmacy owners ask before switching on delivery.
Can something other than a customer order be delivered?
Yes. Delivery is a service in the pharmacist's hands: they create a delivery from Nexum Pro for whatever they want, in both directions — sending a parcel to a customer or a fellow pharmacist, or getting a delivery from a supplier, a fellow pharmacist, a laboratory. The parcel's contents are unrestricted: only the basket amount is entered. An order from Nexum Pharma or the voice assistant is just one case among others, created automatically.
Who pays for the delivery?
The pharmacy, or the customer: the choice is made for each delivery. If the pharmacy pays, it has activated a SEPA mandate once; the delivery leaves straight away and is billed at the end of the week, on separate delivery invoices. If the customer pays, they receive a payment link by e-mail and SMS with the breakdown — basket, delivery fee, service fee — and the run leaves once payment is received.
Can the courier be tracked?
Yes, live: the courier's position on the map, from Nexum Pro on the web (“Live tracking”) and on mobile (“Follow the courier”). The recipient receives an SMS with the tracking link, the delivery note and their handover QR code. An unresolved incident is raised automatically after four hours.
Who delivers?
Either the pharmacy itself (“My deliveries”) when it has its own courier, or a courier from Nexum's network of professional couriers, a public partnership with Uber Eats and Uber (“Nexum deliveries”). In both cases, handover is against a QR code or a PIN code, in a sealed bag.
And between pharmacies?
Sending a missing product to a fellow pharmacist is available today: it is a delivery like any other, to the neighbouring pharmacy's address. Ordering from a fellow pharmacist in the network — cross-catalogue, payment by link before the run, delivery in under 30 minutes — is rolling out with a first pharmacy group, ring-fenced within the network and logged.
What does a delivery cost?
The quote is shown before confirmation, at the address step: delivery fee and service fee, calculated according to the distance and the pharmacy's zone. The pharmacist sees the amount, then decides who pays it. Delivery invoices are separate from order invoices and can be exported as PDF. The service's pricing terms are set out by the Nexum team during the demonstration.

The demo runs on the pharmacy's own cases: delivering to a customer, helping out a fellow pharmacy. The quote shows before validation.
