DevOps / SRE engineer — HDS infrastructure and self-hosted LLMs

Run and grow the infrastructure that powers Nexum's servers, self-hosted language models and health data under HDS constraints, for a product already in production in over 400 pharmacies.

The role

Nexum runs its own servers and its own language models, with no dependency on an external provider for these subjects. This infrastructure powers the voice assistant, Nexum Health AI's agents and the whole ecosystem, under HDS constraints.

The role is to guarantee the availability, security and scalability of this infrastructure, and to support it through the opening of new European markets.

What you will do

  • Run and evolve the infrastructure hosting Nexum's services and self-hosted language models.
  • Guarantee the HDS compliance of the infrastructure: encryption, segregation, traceability of access to health data.
  • Set up the observability needed to detect and resolve incidents before they affect pharmacies.
  • Support the technical team in continuous deployment of services, without sacrificing reliability.
  • Prepare the infrastructure for the opening of new European markets (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland).

What we are looking for

  • Solid experience running production infrastructure, ideally under strong regulatory constraints.
  • Experience operating self-hosted language models, or genuine motivation to train in it.
  • The rigour needed to operate on health data without ever cutting corners.
  • English for technical exchanges; French is a plus.
  • A sense of responsibility: on this role, an outage is felt directly at a pharmacy counter.
  • Operations directly touch health data hosted under HDS: security is a responsibility of the role, not delegated to a separate team.

What we offer

  • Fully remote, from any country; the team is already international.
  • Infrastructure run in-house, with no dependency on an external provider for critical subjects.
  • An award-winning product, PharmagoraPlus 2026 Innovation Award, deployed in over 400 pharmacies.
  • A company opening new European markets, with infrastructure that grows alongside it.

The process, in four steps

  1. A conversation with the CTO.
  2. A technical interview on infrastructure and production operations.
  3. A live working session.
  4. A meeting with the team.

No quiz, no code link to provide: we prefer to see you work. Decision within 48 hours after the last step.
