1. Why this page
1.1. To deliver its services, Nexum Technologies calls on a limited number of providers. This page explains how they are governed, what stays written and operated by the team, and how to obtain the named list. No health document passes through a third-party service: the critical components are written and operated by the team.
2. Categories of provider
2.1. Providers are involved in the following categories: hosting of health data, telephony and voice numbers, speech recognition and synthesis, payment, sending of SMS, e-mails and notifications, messaging, delivery and sales follow-up.
2.2. Health data hosting is provided by an HDS-certified host, on servers located in France. No health data leaves those servers.
2.3. The pharmacy’s WhatsApp messaging: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd provides the WhatsApp Business Platform, through which the messages exchanged between the pharmacy and its patients on the pharmacy’s WhatsApp Business number pass. Place of establishment: Ireland (European Union); any transfers are framed by Meta. The pharmacy can disconnect its number at any time.
3. What never leaves Nexum
3.1. The marketplace, the catalogue, the ordering journey, booking, the encrypted prescription upload channel and the reading chain are written by the team. The connection to the pharmacy’s management software happens with no reprocessing by a third party. Encryption at rest and end-to-end is a design constraint, not an option to switch on.
4. Obtaining the named list
4.1. The named list of processors, with their role and country of establishment, is provided to each client pharmacy with the processing agreement required by article 28 of the GDPR.
4.2. Any addition or replacement of a processor is notified to client pharmacies in accordance with that agreement. Questions: contact@nexum-technologies.fr.
