Product manager — pharmacy and patient journeys
Own the journeys of the Nexum ecosystem, from the pharmacy counter to the patient: voice assistant, connected catalogue, Nexum Pharma, delivery. A role in direct contact with pharmacists and the technical team.
The role
The Nexum ecosystem covers the pharmacy's full journey: call handling, stock management, online sales, delivery, patient messaging. The role is to own the consistency of these journeys, drawing on real feedback from pharmacists and the scientific board.
You work directly with the technical team that codes the building blocks, with no extra layer of interpretation: what you decide quickly ends up in production.
What you will do
- Define and prioritise product journeys across one or more building blocks of the Nexum ecosystem.
- Gather feedback from pharmacists and patients to adjust journeys to real counter usage.
- Work with the technical team to turn a product intention into a shipped feature.
- Balance field requests, technical constraints and the ecosystem's consistency.
- Measure the real usage of shipped features and adjust accordingly.
What we are looking for
- Confirmed experience in product management on a demanding B2B or B2B2C product.
- The ability to make prioritisation decisions with independent judgement, without validation at every step.
- A taste for the field: visiting a pharmacy, listening to a pharmacist, rather than inferring from a dashboard alone.
- French for exchanges with pharmacists; English is a plus for exchanges with Tech.
- Enough seniority to be comfortable with complex decisions and conflicting priorities.
What we offer
- Paris or remote, as you prefer; the team is already international.
- A product that already exists, deployed in over 400 pharmacies, not a prototype to imagine from scratch.
- Direct access to the technical team and to a scientific board of pharmacists that challenges the ideas.
- An award-winning product, PharmagoraPlus 2026 Innovation Award, and a company opening new European markets.
The process, in four steps
- A conversation about your background and your approach to product.
- A case study on a real journey from the Nexum ecosystem.
- An interview with the CTO and a member of the scientific board.
- A meeting with the team.
Decision within 48 hours after the last step.
