The pharmacy holds the on-call duty for its customers. Not to miss their calls.
On-call duty is a public service organised by the ARS. Your phone assistant holds it with you, even when the team is short-staffed.
How the switchboard holds the on-call duty

1. The customer calls: the announcement directs them, or the switchboard picks up
Pharmacy closed: the message directs to the on-call one. Otherwise, the assistant answers on the first ring.

2. They reserve their product, even at 2 a.m.
The phone system checks availability in your real stock and reserves the product; it is set aside, and paid for at the pharmacy on collection.

3. If they cannot come in, delivery leaves from the pharmacy
Served from the pharmacy’s stock, by its team: sealed opaque bag, QR on pickup, four-digit code on handover.
The on-call announcement, changed in two minutes.
Three ways to produce the announcement: import an audio file, generate it with AI, or record it by phone.

Import an audio file
The pharmacy’s recorded message, uploaded as is, in service immediately.

Generate with AI
The pharmacy writes the text of the announcement, the voice is produced in a few seconds.

Record over the phone

Night delivery leaves from the pharmacy, from the pharmacy’s stock.
Night and Sunday demand is captured and served. Availability is checked against your stock, never assumed.

- Served from the pharmacy’s stock, by its teamOne more channel, never a substitute: it is the pharmacy that prepares and hands over the order.
- Sealed opaque bag, QR on pickup, code on handoverMedical confidentiality is preserved end to end; the customer enters a four-digit code to receive their bag.
- Courier called automaticallyThe courier is called five minutes after the order; an incident is opened automatically if delivery takes more than four hours.
- Uber Eats and Uber, preferred partnershipThe discovery channel and the delivery service, connected to the pharmacy’s real stock — and the Nexum Pharma marketplace for the pharmacy’s own customers.
