06 12 34 56 78 → Camille M., 3 orders, reservation RS-2041
The pharmacy's number
The pharmacy enters its WhatsApp number and keeps its app. The customer is recognised directly by their number: their orders and reservations are already there.
The pharmacy connects its own WhatsApp Business number: the assistant replies to its customers in its name, on its line, with the pharmacy's data. The team picks up the thread whenever it wants, from its app or Nexum Pro, on the web as on mobile.

How it works
The pharmacy enters its WhatsApp number, the assistant answers on it with the pharmacy's data, and the team picks up the thread from Nexum Pro.

06 12 34 56 78 → Camille M., 3 orders, reservation RS-2041
The pharmacy enters its WhatsApp number and keeps its app. The customer is recognised directly by their number: their orders and reservations are already there.

“Hello, do you have Doliprane 1000?” → “Yes, in stock. Shall I reserve a box for you?”
It answers with the pharmacy's real stock: availability, reservation, delivery, opening hours, submitted prescription. The rest is passed on to the team.

“Hello Camille, this is the pharmacy team. Yes, we'll deliver it to you this evening.”
From Nexum Pro, on the web or on mobile: same thread, same history. The team replies when it wants, and the customer does not change channel.

Any health question is passed on to the pharmacy team.

It knows who it is talking to
If they've already used Nexum Pharma, the assistant finds their context. The team sees it too.
A single inbox
WhatsApp conversations join the Nexum messaging inbox, alongside those from the app and the website. The team replies from the dashboard or from Nexum Pro on their phone; the customer stays in WhatsApp. The team takes over the thread whenever it wants, and the assistant steps back.

Everything is kept and encrypted at rest. What the assistant said is marked as such; so is what the team said.

What the assistant can send
Buttons, lists, carousels, location, links, attachments, forms, templates: the assistant uses all of WhatsApp's rich messages. The customer replies in a single tap.

WhatsApp Flows
When a few buttons aren't enough, the pharmacy opens a real form in WhatsApp, built for a specific need.

Everything the WhatsApp platform can do
Every feature below exists in the platform, with its status as of 16 September 2026.
It answers service requests with the pharmacy’s data; any health question goes to the team.
The customer names the product; results arrive as a carousel, with photos and prices, from the aisle.
Opened from the chat to compare presentations; the choice comes back into the conversation.
From the conversation, in the pharmacy’s name: set aside, pickup, delivery.
Received as a PDF or a photo, archived, validated by the pharmacist before any preparation.
Buttons, lists, carousels, location requests, links: WhatsApp’s interactive messages.
Appointments, prescription upload, contact details: a form filled in without leaving the conversation.
To write outside the 24-hour window: created, submitted to WhatsApp, listed with their status.
Confirmed, ready, delivered: sent on WhatsApp, with SMS fallback if the customer does not reply there.
An automatic welcome and questions suggested as soon as the conversation opens.
Name, address, opening hours, description and photo of the pharmacy, kept up to date from the platform.
For the window, the receipt or the website: it opens the conversation with the message ready.
The pharmacy’s number is protected by a code, managed from the platform.
The pharmacy keeps its number and its WhatsApp Business app; the assistant is added to it.
WhatsApp threads in Nexum Pro, web and mobile; the team takes over the conversation whenever it wants.

Getting the WhatsApp number known
Having a WhatsApp number is only useful if customers find it. Nexum puts it where the pharmacy is already being looked for: its Google listing, its window, its website, its notifications.

Google lets a business add WhatsApp as the “Chat” option of its Business Profile, on Google and on Maps. Nexum provides the pharmacy’s chat link; one tap, and the conversation opens with the assistant’s welcome.
A small sign with the pharmacy’s WhatsApp QR code: the customer scans it, the conversation opens, nothing to type.
● AvailableA floating WhatsApp button and the wa.me chat link, to place on the website, in an email signature, on a flyer.
● Available“Your order is ready” goes out on WhatsApp, with SMS fallback: every notification reminds the customer that the pharmacy answers there.
● AvailableReconstructed screens, fictitious data. WhatsApp belongs to Meta; Google and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC. The “Chat” option of the Business Profile depends on the regions covered by Google.
Within the rules
Two sets of rules to respect at the same time: WhatsApp's (templates, 24-hour window, opt-in) and the pharmacy's (no medical advice, pharmacist validation, health data). Both are enforced by the platform.
No medical advice. Any health question is passed on to the pharmacy team.
What it costs
WhatsApp notifications are included with Nexum Pharma. The pharmacy’s own number, the assistant and the inbox are covered by a subscription; campaigns are paid per use. Conversations billed by WhatsApp are re-invoiced at cost.

Recorded on 16 September 2026 from the vendors’ public pages. The table compares features, it does not grade anyone: a “not disclosed” cell does not mean the feature does not exist.

What pharmacy owners ask before connecting their WhatsApp.
No. The pharmacy keeps its number and its WhatsApp Business app: the assistant is added to it, it does not replace it. The team keeps writing from its app whenever it wants, and the conversations also land in Nexum Pro. This coexistence is rolling out (◔), pending validation by WhatsApp.
In a few clicks, through Meta's official connection (Embedded Signup), without changing number or app. The service is built on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. The pharmacy can disconnect its number at any time, from Nexum Pro or by writing to contact@nexum-technologies.fr: Nexum then immediately stops accessing its messages.
The assistant first, for service questions: a product by name, availability, a reservation, opening hours, an appointment. The team picks up the thread whenever it wants, in Nexum Pro, on the web or on mobile, and the customer stays in the same conversation. Every message is marked: it is always clear who wrote, the assistant or the team.
No, never. No medical advice. Any health question is passed on to the pharmacy team. The rule is written into the assistant's instructions: as soon as a request touches on health, a treatment or a dose, it hands it over to the team, which answers. The pharmacist remains the only one who advises and dispenses.
By their number. If they have a Nexum Pharma account, the assistant finds their orders, reservations and uploaded prescriptions, and can answer “where is my reservation?” (◔ rolling out). Otherwise, it offers to create the account in a few messages, or to carry on without one: the conversation does not stop there.
They are used solely to reply to patients on behalf of the pharmacy. They are neither resold nor used for advertising purposes. For these messages, the pharmacy is the data controller and Nexum acts as processor: the detail is set out in the privacy policy (article 2.7).
Yes, within the framework set by WhatsApp: approved message templates, sent to customers who have given their consent. The customer unsubscribes with a single word, and the pharmacy sees who received the message. Campaigns are rolling out (◔).
A subscription for the pharmacy's WhatsApp — its own number, the assistant and the inbox — and campaigns on a usage basis; conversations billed by WhatsApp are re-invoiced at cost. €99 excl. VAT per month, included in the Intégrale plan. WhatsApp order notifications, for their part, are included with Nexum Pharma.
Own number, assistant, inbox in Nexum Pro: the demonstration is done on the pharmacy’s data.
