Nexum Pro and Nexum Pharma are trademarks of Nexum Technologies and are not separate legal entities: “Nexum Pharma” was the company’s registered name until it was changed by shareholders’ decision of 17 July 2024, and now designates the white-label brand intended for patients. In all cases, the contracting party is Nexum Technologies.

The categories of processor are set out on the Processors page; the named list is provided to each client pharmacy with the processing agreement required by article 28 of the GDPR.

4.2. “Nexum Technologies”, “Nexum Pharma” and “Nexum Pro” are trademarks of Nexum Technologies. The names of the pharmacy management software, delivery platforms and other services mentioned belong to their respective owners.
