Senior fullstack engineer — TypeScript
Build, with a team of eight, the pharmacy’s ecosystem: voice assistant, stock connection, prescriptions, delivery, messaging, marketplace. Every critical building block is written in-house and designed to feed its result into the next one.
The role
Nexum builds the pharmacy’s intelligent solution and depends on no external provider along the value chain. The role is to design and write the critical building blocks of that ecosystem, from server to clients, and to make them hold together.
Backend architecture is the main criterion: services, queues, connectors to pharmacy management software, health data under HDS constraints.
What you will do
- Design and write end-to-end TypeScript services (Bun and Node on the server, React and React Native on the clients); Go and Rust are present in the project.
- Make the blocks talk to each other: voice assistant, stock connection, prescriptions, delivery, messaging, marketplace, Nexum Pro.
- Test what you ship: the whole pyramid, from unit tests to end-to-end journeys. There is no separate QA.
- Review critically what agentic tools generate: we expect mastery, not blind code.
- Work with sales, operations and the pharmacists: explain, listen, keep a commitment.
What we are looking for
- Solid experience of backend architecture in production, and the taste for maintaining it over time.
- Fluent TypeScript; Go or Rust is a plus, not a condition.
- Daily use of agentic tools, and the distance to review them.
- English for technical exchanges; French is a plus.
- The wish to start from the counter: the product is decided with the pharmacists, not against them.
- The product carries health data under HDS constraints: every feature shipped must account for this requirement from the design stage.
What we offer
- Fully remote, from any country; the team is already international.
- An end-to-end TypeScript stack, self-hosted LLMs on the AI side, servers run by a dedicated team.
- A company setting out to work on European markets, with an ecosystem that already exists and over 400 pharmacies equipped.
- An award-winning product: PharmagoraPlus 2026 Innovation Award.
The process, in four steps
- A conversation with the CTO.
- An architecture interview.
- A live working session.
- A meeting with the team.
No quiz, no code link to provide: we prefer to see you work. Decision within 48 hours after the last step.
