The pharmacy, inside your product.
Find a medicine, submit a prescription, book an appointment, get a delivery: your users do it without leaving your app.
What your users can do
Four uses, in your product.
Each widget appears in your interface and draws on pharmacies’ real stock.
Find an available product
Where the product is available, how far away and until what time — in pharmacies’ real stock.
Submit a prescription, get it delivered
The prescription goes to a pharmacy that can fill it, the delivery is tracked to hand-over.
Book an appointment at a pharmacy
Vaccination, test, consultation: the slot is booked in the pharmacy’s calendar.
Reach the pharmacy directly
Message, WhatsApp or phone: the pharmacy team picks the conversation up, with the context.
The pharmacist remains the sole authority on dispensing and advice: no widget gives medical advice.
The widgets
What your user sees.
Standalone blocks, in service in the Nexum Pharma assistant, fitted to your interface.

Availability and reservation
The product, the pharmacies that have it in stock, the number of boxes and reservation in a single move.

Prescription and best pharmacy
The prescription is read, then the pharmacies able to fill it are ranked by availability, lead time and price.

Appointment at the pharmacy
Vaccination, antigen test, pharmaceutical consultation, health check: the reason is chosen, the slot is booked.

Tracked delivery
The steps of the order, the courier's position and the hand-over code, all the way to the patient's door.

Nearby and on-call pharmacies
The map of pharmacies around the patient, the on-call ones, the directions and the details of each.

Handover to the team
The patient chooses a channel — message, WhatsApp, phone — and the pharmacy team takes over.
Widgets in service in the Nexum Pharma assistant. Each one shows “Powered by Nexum Pharma”: your interface, our network.
Where to integrate it
App, website, industry platform.
The same widget appears where your users already are, without making them switch tools.
A mobile app
Search, prescription, appointment and delivery, on iOS as on Android.
A website or a customer area
The widgets fit into your existing pages, in the colours of your interface.
A health platform
Teleconsultation, treatment follow-up, insurance: the pharmacy extends the journey.
◔ Every integration is opened case by case and supported by our teams: we look at your product, your volumes and your schedule together. There is no self-service sign-up.
What we ask for
A partnership is earned on both sides.
Patients’ requests come through your product: we check who we work with.
Hosting that measures up
Prescription, reason for an appointment: HDS-certified hosting is required end to end, your side and ours.
Security you can demonstrate
Named access, encryption, logging, incident handling: we ask for what we impose on ourselves.
A written GDPR framework
Purposes, retention periods, sub-processing and each party's responsibilities are set in the contract before the first line of code.
The pharmacist at the centre
Your journey must never bypass the pharmacy: it is the pharmacy that validates, prepares and dispenses.
Integrations that involve a prescription or an appointment go through a stricter review. We would rather turn down a partnership than put a pharmacy or a patient at risk.
The data
We do not sell our users' data.
Not yours, not patients’, not pharmacies’: we live on our solutions, not on reselling an audience.
No resale, no brokering
The data that passes through serves the patient's request, and nothing else. It is never sold, transferred or used for advertising.
The pharmacy's data stays with the pharmacy
Its stock, its prices and its customers belong to it. Nexum reads them to deliver the service, under a mandate signed by the pharmacy owner.
Health data, hosted as it should be
Prescriptions and documents sent are hosted by an HDS-certified provider, in separate storage, and every access is traced.
A scope written with you
What is exchanged, why and for how long: the contract says so, and nothing else travels.
See security and compliance
How it works
From the first conversation to going live.
A conversation, a scope, an agreement: the technical integration is never the longest part.
We look at your case
Your product, your users, what you want to offer them. We say what is possible, and what is not yet.
We check the framework
Hosting, security, compliance, the pharmacist's place. The chosen widgets and the data exchanged are set in the contract.
We integrate and follow through
Our teams support the rollout and stay reachable. The pharmacy network keeps growing, and your integration benefits from it.
Let's talk about your integration.
Tell us what you want to offer your users: we will say what is possible, and on what timeline.
